    Birth certificates and no signature for father
    If no signed my sons birth certificate in the father line, but I did give him the last name of someone, do they have rights to him?

    Simply put No. Until there is a signature there or a court ordered DNA test proves he is the father he has no rights to the child. There is also no support for the child.
