    How do I file for visitation rights?
    I was in prison for 10 years while in prison I had my son so I was release and I was a part of my sons life. While working and going to school now she doesn't accept my calls so what I do

    You need to go to family court and apply for visitation.

    Just go down to your local court house and file for visitation.

    Better yet, hire an attorney to take care of everything for you.
