    Weight loss before vacation?
    Hi, I'm 13 years old, and my family is getting ready to go on a trip down south, I currently weigh somewhere around 150 pounds. Does anybody know how I can lose some weight before we leave.
    P.S. We're leaving in about a month.

    You can safely lose 2-3 pounds a week, and the easiest way is to cut out all fatty, fried or sugar snacks, or drinks, like soda, cakes, cookies, candy. Keep your portions smaller and eat natural foods, like veggies, fruits, lean meats, like skinless chicken, turkey, fish, beans. Make sure you have 3 servings of low fat dairy, low fat or skim milk, cheese, yogurt. Whole grain cereals, rice, breads, pasta. And exercise 4-5 times a week, even if it's just walking, running, biking, go for 1 mile, or dance, aerobics, but work in some form of daily exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Exercise, watch how much and what you eat, and drinks lots of water every day and you'll lose some weight.

    First do you even need to lose weight, wanting to lose and needing to lose is two differnet things.

    But a balanced diet and expercise is what you do.
