    Welcome to AMHD. You will have to file a petition or complaint in an appropriate court and prove that it will be in your child's best interest to restrict or modify his custody rights.

    Well first why? Is he a danger to the child. What level of custody do you currently have, does he have any custody or visitation rights now, if so, is he using them It is not really easer and I would advice using an attorney.
