    I want my daughter home
I currently had custody of my 9 year old daughter. Her aunt went to the court and was able to obtain a temporary guardianship of my daughter. My daughter recently told her school she was sexually molested by her cousin at the location of her Nanna's house... (my daughter's aunts mother) DSS is involved, came to my house and they found nothing wrong. My question is how do I go back to getting custody and getting rid of this temporary guardianship? Please someone help!!

What was the reason that you lost custody ? That reason has to be addressed, and you will need an attorney to file a motion to regain custody. ( and at least get her out of that house for her safety.

My daughter's aunt lied to the court and said the incident happened at my home and my daughter's aunt keeps telling her she is going to buy her a computer and a TV and also give her an iPod if she lives with her. She's pretty much brainwashing my daughter and obviously if you tell a 9 year old your going to buy them all this stuff they'll want to go. What if I can't afford an attorney? Will there be someone at the court who can help me? I just want my daughter home where she belongs.

Contact legal aid. You may qualify for free or low cost legal assistance.

Contact your local legal aid office. You can get the info from your county courthouse if need be. When is the temp. order set to expire? Did you not have an attorney when the child was placed elsewhere? If not, get one and file to vacate the temporary order.
