    Judgement being filed in two days
    What is a judgenent? What can they do to me if one or more are filed on me?
    Im tottaly ignorant on the subject and really could use some help. I live in Texas. How will that effect the judgement?

    A judgement is a court order from the judge for ou to pay your debt. It is very bad on credit. Texas has restrictions on garnishment of pay, so it may depend on what type of debt it is.
