    Can you do this
    Can you have sex in an underage marriage? I mean it would make since if you can because you are married so I don't see why you can't but I still want to know. People have their honey moon after their married, so can you?

    Once you're married sex is, I guess you could say, legal. No matter what age. But if you are young enough to not know the answer to this I feel for your marital and sexual future!

    Yes, but of course underage marriage requires parent consent and even with that there are age limits in most states, so kids too young still can't get married even with consent of parents.
