Gas stove top burner not lighting
I have a GE gas stovetop and one of the back burners is no longer lighting. I have soaked and cleaned all removeable parts and dried them to no avail... nothing is clogged. I have also tested to see if the electric starter is still flicking when I turn on one of the other burners, and it is. I can't figure why it won't light as the gas passes by the electric starter. Any ideas or suggestions on how I can fix this?

I believe you can get free help from the gas company. They used to come out and check safety of equipment when requested. Give them a call.

I have a GE gas stove top. One burner refuses to light (or takes forever). When I turn the knob/dial to the 'light' setting, I hear the clicking noise. I believe that is the ignitor arching/lighting. But the gas does not come through. I have to turn the dial back and forth from one end of...
