Is my foreign salary earned before relocated to US considered as taxable?
I was internally transferred (within the same company) from Singapore to CA on June 11 2007 holding a L1 visa. I have been working in US since then.

I earned salary at Singapore for the period before June 11 2007, which is not covered in my 2007 w2.

My husband has been working and staying in US for the entire year of 2007. He is holding a H1B1 visa.

Both of us are Singapore citizens.

    I have the following questions:

    (1) Am I a resident alien for tax purpose?

If yes to (1) and if I file jointly with my husband as resident alien for year 2007 tax return,

    (2) Is my income earned in Singapore considered as part of my world wide income and subject to be taxable?

    (3) I have filed tax return to Singapore IRAS for the income I earned before June 11 2007. Is my payment to Singapore tax deductable?

    (4) My moving expense from Singapore to CA was paid by me, is it deductable?

    (5) if "yes" to all above, what forms I need to file for 2007 US Tax returns?

    Thank you for your help.
