    If the house that I am has went into forclouser and up for acution what are my rights
    The house that I am curretly renting has went as far as for auction before I had found out what are my rights as the renters in this case

    That is a tricky one cause you have your current landlord who sounds like he may try and avoid telling you anything
    Then you have the new owners who probably won't try and let you know anything
    Keep trying to get a hold of your landlord and find out if and when you will have to move by
    Cause they will probably let you know at the very last minute.

    If you are just renting there is a provision of time that you are allowed to stay after the house is sold check with your local tennants act at city hall
