I am very confused about Vitamins, which one of these is the best for skin and hair, omega3, omega 6, fish oil pills, salmon oil pills or vitamin E?

You can take both but E can thin your blood out and should not be taken without doctors go ahead if you are taking heart or blood medication.
Omega has much more benefits.
