    Deed to Farm Estate
Again thanks for your answer... With the two previous comments I ask - I have one more question.
My parents have 100 head of cattle. As Executor/Administrator I plan to provide income for me through the cattle herd production. Will I have to legally provide income from the cattle production also to everyone else on the deed.

This depends on how the will is written and the estate distributed. If the cattle are left to the heirs equally, then they need to share in any income from the cattle. If the cattle are left to you, then you need to pay the estate for using the land to house and feed the cattle. But the proceeds would not have to shared equally, you would just have to pay fair market for the using the land.
