    Father's Rights
    Hello
I have a daughter 7 yrs old we live in the United Kingdom, her mother keeps stopping me seeing her as and when it suits her to hurt my feelings, I am trying through a solicitor to get a parental responsibility agreement sorted, but I doubt she has signed it.
What can I do about the whole situation? The mother changes her mind all the time and makes up things, she has even gone to the Police before, she is mad yet she has a squeaky clean record and is a nursery nurse worryingly.
I am at the point where I can't take any more of this crap, help?

You need to get the court to order a visitation schedule. Once you have that, you can get it enforced. You should have done that when the child was born or when you divorced.
