Single White Female
My problem involves a coworker of mine. She has been very two-face towards me from the start of her employment. You know, all nice and sweet to me in person, and completely rotten towards me behind my back.
Well, over the last few weeks I have been noticing some alarming differences in her. She has started to dress like me, the same type of pants, shirt, sweatshirts etc.
I cut my hair less than a month ago... today I came into work and found her not only dressed like me, but she cut AND dyed her hair so similar to mine that my ride home from work today confused her with me when he pulled up to the parking lot.
This person has completely mimicked me in every way possible. I am thoroughly creeped out... how should I deal with this? I don't even want to be in the same room as her, let alone work alongside her. I feel like she has some strange fixation with me!

Talk to your supervisor about it, is my best idea.. She sounds like she's a creep and she may be stalking you or something..

Yikes, that is unsettling. I think that Charlottes advice is good, talk to your supervisor and point out what is going on. If you feel comfortable enough I'd also talk to the girl and ask her what she's doing and why. This could turn into something bad, don't take any chances.

You have a better idea if the supervisor would stick up for her over you or whatever.
Other than talking to your supervisor (if you feel comfortable enough to)
What I would do is start buying some one of a kind clothes from little second hand boutiques and thrift stores and places where she has no idea where you got them. Maybe start putting some things together in a way that it is obvious that when she comes to work with the same she has to be copying you.
Don't know if you are old enough to be familiar with the TV show Rhoda
She had her own unique style of putting things together that would be obvious copied.
You can find some nice looking jewelry and accessories at second hand places, yard sales, flea markets
Even if you don't want to buy more clothes.

At least you know you have her attention. Imitation is supposed to be the best form of flattery.
Sounds like something is going on where she is envious for some reason.
If she is a co-worker, be careful about announcing any problems between you to supervisors.
If I were you, I'd try to let it slide. If your co-workers are coming back and telling you the not so nice stuff she is saying, it could be out of context, or else they are only fueling the flames by repeating things.

How to view single record of ALL people at single address?
[ 5 Answers ]
I have a table with addresses and names. I can easily sort it by address to see all the people living at the same address grouped together. However, this is problematic with mail-merges, since I wind up generating a new letter for each person, sending multiple mailings to the same residence.
