Well have u tried st. ives apricot invigorating scrub, it works well for me I used it twice a day in the morning and night, now if you also have acne scars you can put sum whitening cream on the acne scars to fade them away.

To remove blackheads, I recommend using a mild or gentle exfoliating cleanser twice a day. Then use a cream containing alpha hydroxy or Retin-a to help remove them. These creams will exfoliate your skin and lift away blackheads and can improve your skin's clarity. Blackhead strips or blackhead devices can also be used to remove blackheads. You will find these products at your local pharmacy or beauty supply "store" in the skin care aisle.

Skin lightening creams may help lighten skin discolorations, but will not remove blackheads. The best way to remove blackheads is to you use a gentle exfoliant every day to remove dead skin cells. Alpha hydroxy acid creams and mild scrubs are great exfoliators. Alpha hydroxy acid creams can also help get rid of acne and discolorations on the skin.

I've tried pore strips, too and they don't work to my satisfaction.
They do work a bit, but in the creases around my nostrils, no matter how I cut and reshape those strips to fit in there, there is still blackheads or the dirt and oil that looks like hair sticking out of the pore (I have terribly oily skin, I try to do as little as possible as far as cleansing so as not to make the skin produce more oil, but the fact remains... )
