    Parents coming from Mexico
    My parents got their green cards and moved in with us in October 2007. They have ss# and permeant resident cards. Can we claim them on 2007 taxes?

    Yes, if you provided more than half of their support for 2007 and they did not earn more than $3,400 (for each parent) in the year.
