    Do I have genital herpes?
I haver had these bumps on my penis right before the head and don't really itch or hurt but sometimes feel uncomfortable. I had intercourse with a girl who said she doesn't have any stds but I kind of feel that she didn't know and now I might have herpes

While herpes often manifests as blisters, just like painful "cold sores" on the mouth, some people show a much more subdued response. Its not uncommon for someone to find out long after the first exposure and a number of breakouts that they are infected. That said... what you have could also be simply an irritated skin condition.

The short answer is this: unfortunately, we cant diagnose you over the interenet. Students in med and nursing schools incorrectly "diagnose" themselves all the time, thinking the have the latest mallady of the week.

You should go see a doctor. If this isn't easy for you due to age, note that planned parenthood also has mens services.

When in doubt, please see a professional. Your condition might be absolutely nothing other than a skin irritation. But sexually active people need to attend to their health and be respectful to their partners.

It wouldn't hurt when you urinate unless you were a girl.

Herpes is better diagnosed when you have a 'sore' visible. That way, doctors can culture it and see if it's really what you think it is. Try going to the doctors when you have a sore because testing for herpes through blood isn't as accrate as a culture on the sore.

    Good luck!
