If your body is in excellent shape and your working out and are happy with the results, I know it's hard but I wouldn't sweat a backbone, maybe your backbone doesn't measure up to your ideas, but has anyone else mentioned anything about it? Sounds like your being over critical on yourself. I don't think there's anything, at least, that I know of that you can do about the natural shape of your backbone.

Why you are right again. Very knowledgeable. Don't sweat the small stuff. If your in shape that's your doing great. Just out of curiosity what do you do in a run of a day to stay in shape? It would be nice to add this so people that read this would be able to take some if not all your advise and see if it will work for them. Cheers to you on staying in shape.
