    Can you?
Me and my husband have been trying to have a child for about 2 yrs, Is it true if you and your spouse have an orgasm at the same time that you are more likely to become pregnant?

The thought is that the muscle contractions will help propel the sperm better towards the fallopian tubes where conception happens. Does it help? It won't hurt, but I wouldn't put too much emphasis on it... who needs the performance anxiety and it isn't necessary. The sperm are going to be there for awhile anyway... so even if you were to have an orgasm before or after your husband you would get the same result. Plenty of women get pregnant without having an orgasm and, while it helps, your husband doesn't even need to have an orgasm as sperm can be present just during arousal.
If you haven't had success in two years of trying, better idea would be to see your doctor (if you haven't already) and discuss the possibility of starting some testing. Sometimes it is a fairly easy fix when pregnancy doesn't occur after that period.
