Can I get child support after I have already turned 18?
OK my dad has not paid it in 9 years and will it go to my mom or to me since it is suppose to be child support and not mom support?

If there is court ordered support that was not paid, your mom can sue for back support. It will be padi to your mom since she laid out the money for your support.

It goes to the parent because you are correct it is child support, to assist the other parent in the many costs of raising a child.
