    Wrong Name on Birth Certificate
    Even though the father signed the papers for the baby to have his name, the hospital sent it under the mother's name. What steps do I need to do to have it changed correctly.

    Most states in the US, have a form to use for birth certificate corrections within a certain amount of time from date of issue. You can check with the records department of your state ( the people who issued the birth certificate)
