    Translate recipe into English
    Arroz con pollo

    4 pechugas de pollo (con or sin hueso)
    1/4 cdta. De oregano
    1 hoja de laurel
    1 8 oz. late pure de tomate
    2 tazas de arrroz
    1/4 cdta. De comino
    1 cebolla
    1 aji verde
    2 cdas. Aceite de oliva
    1/2 cdta. Ajo en polvo
    sal al gusto

    Poner a dorar el pollo, despues anadir todos los ingredients del sofrito con el aceite de oliva, (cebolla, aji, ajo, comino, etc) cubrir la cazuela con agua para que se ablande bien el pollo y alcance para cocinar el arroz, para cada taza de arroz, anadir 2 1/2 tazas de agua.

    Poner el arroz en una tartara separada y anadir todo menos el pollo, dejarlo cocinar hasta que se seque, entonces anadir el pollo y dejarlo secar un poquito mas de tiempo. Adornarlo con pimiento morrones y petite pois.

    Rice with chicken

    4 chicken breasts (with or without bone)
    1/4 cdta. Of oregano
    1 sheet of laurel
    1 8 oz. tomato paste
    2 cups of arroz -rice
    1/4 cdta. Of cumin
    1 onion
    1 green green pepper
    2 cdas. Olive oil
    1/2 cdta. Spoil in dust
    Go out to the taste

    To set to gild the chicken, later add all the ingredients of the sofrito with the olive oil, (onion, green pepper, garlic, cumin, etc) to cover the casserole with water so that the chicken is softened well and reaches to cook the rice, for every cup of rice, to add 2 1/2 water cups.

    To put the rice in the Tartar separated one and to add everything except the chicken, to allow it to cook until it dries off, then to add the chicken and to allow it to dry a bit more of time. To adorn with pepper sweet red pepper sweet red peppers and petite pois.

    Well, I did what you did and plugged the spanish into a translator but if you read what you posted it doesn't make much sense!!
    I was hoping a native speaker could help out.
