    Working out
OK, so I have decent- sized biceps, triceps... ect. So in the summers for football, we have summer training. Well I'm about a little bit above the averge guy in the sense of builtness. Well my problem is that guys that are skinnier, smaller... ect... can bench more than me and they have nore strength than me. And I get so angry over it.

Can someone tell me my problem?

You should try working out 3 days on 1 off and work your upper body. This will help you build your strength. The more you work out you will find that you will be going towards bigger weight. The more you work out the fast your strength will catch up to you.

You need to overloard your muscles to advance, to gain strength, increase weights in your workout. To increase muscle size, handle heavier weights and increase sets you do. To increase muscle endurance decrease your resting time between sets or increase number of reps or sets you do. Don't allow your body to get use to 1 specific training schedule, cary exercises, sets, reps, weights, resting times, even the way you pull your muscles, confuse the muscle to keep them growing. You will get stronger the longer you work at it, focus on your own abilities not the other guys.

In order to gain more muscles in the upper body, first you have to be able to control your own body weight.,. With that I suggest you start doing calisthenics that will build your regular muscle endurance in your upper body. Do push ups, sit ups, pull ups as many times as you can for about a week or so. After that, stack it heavy with the weights, do pyramids that will definitely build your strength. Do the 10-8-6-4-2 Method, Start light and go heavy. I assure you muscle mass and strength will be gained like this. But remember it is up to you to strengthen your muscles by confusing them. Do not ever have the same workout routine for too long, change it up a bit, and that too will eliminate the waiting factor or plateau if you will and will speed up for rapid strength and conditioning.
