Leaking - both 2nd floor toilets
My husband has put a new wax ring on one of the toilets twice but there is a slow leak from both toilets down to the first floor, ruining 2 ceilings. Toilet? Plumbing? Could the toilets have a hairline fracture (went through '94 earthquake) or could this be the plumbing below the toilets? Husband is handy, but busy! Thank you!

When hubby pulled the toilet to install the wax seal was there water under the bowl or was it dry? Does the toilet rock when installed? You're probably going to hafta open up the ceiling and locate the source of the leak but first check the obvious. I live on the Gulf Coast of Florida. I'll trade you two hurricanes for one earthquake. Cheers, Tom
