A salary is a form of periodic payment from an employer to an employee, which is specified in an employment contract

Wage may be defined more narrowly to include only cash paid for some specified quantity (measured in units of time) of labor.

Income refers the monetary and non-monetary consumption ability of any given entity, such a person or household.
