    Other Law
I have a court judgment (wages) against my ex-employer who is a non-profit organization and received federal funding each month for his homeless shelter. Do you think I have the right to garnish his funding?

Is there any law that I can or can not garnish his federal funding for the "Homeless Shelter"?

Hope the attorney who represent the County of Los Angeles or Federal governemnt will read this and give me some of their advise! Thank you in advance.

Agency is from Los Angeles, CA.

    Hello l:

I think you should collect this judgment just like any other. If the organization has a bank account, you bet I would go after it.
