    Judgments2
Hi it's me again. I spoke with the credit card company regarding the debt and they stated that my husband is not financially responsible. I contacted the attorney and they said they did not care what Chase said that they will not remove the judgment. What do I do now?

It does not matter what their attorney says ( do you think they will tell you the truth, or what the cc company says on the phone , they lie also)
It is what the judge will say when he rules who is responsible.
So if you are served papers, when you defend yourself in court, if you can prove he was not part of the debt, he can be removed form the filing.
