First, I have to ask why you ignored the Big "Read Me First" notice and posted this question in the Forum Help Area? I've moved this to Other Money & Services because Forum Help is only for questions about this site.
Second, you have to be the executor of the estate. You can go to any bank with proof that you are the executor and open up an estate account. |
