    OPT Tax Return
    Hi

I am an Indian national student in USA since August 2005.I am on OPT since
Jan 2007 and am likely to continue till November. Now I work under an employer
And am paid at a rate 2645 dollars semi monthly.
Federal , State, Social and Medicare insurances are cut from my salary.
It shows as if I will have to pay about 22000 dollars for taxes.

I will get into another University from January and will get my tax forms on January 31st I guess.

    Here are my questions

1)Do I need to file Tax Return forms to get money??

2)Will the copies of two W2 forms(for two employers) will be sufficient along with the tax return forms to get the money back?

3)A rough estimate will do; but how much money am I supposed to get back
    At April?

4)I want to file the tax return form consulting any judicial person. Will that
Help me get maximum money back?

5)Will the W2 forms mailed to my current workplace in Jan 31 2009 or I have to ask the employers to mail them?

Advise will be helpful as I seem completely lost(few are telling I will be getting
10000 back few are telling 12000, few are even in favour of 2000)

    1) You needed to file Form 1040NR-EZ and Form 8843.

    2) Yes, that will be sufficient, but you will NOT get all f the withheld taxes back.

    3) Depends; was Social Security and Medicare taxes withheld ALL year, or just from 1 October 2007 onward?
