    Repay student loan
    I have filed bankruptcy for an old student loan but it was not 10 years old yet and yet I got stuck in the bankrupcty because I was not told the ontario student loan didn't accept this. They keep holding my income tax for payment. HOw can I stop this. Ihave not paid this loan in several years

    I know in the US, student loans can not be discharged in bankrutpcy normally, and not paying it does nothing but add up costs, since there is no statue of limiation on them either normally. So except for paying them in full, working out a paymnet plan is all I can think of.

    Dorothy paul - They DO NOT LIVE UP TO THE WAY THE LOAN CONTRACTS ARE WRITTEN UP #1 - They say you don't have to pay until after 6 months after grudation, LIE< LIE ,ON my wife they slapped another 3000.00 on hers because she didn't start paying just AS SOON AS SHE GRUATED> MOT WRITTEN UP THAT WAY< They also sold her loan contract out to THREE DIFFERENT CO"S. WRONG<WRONG<, The loan was susposed to be a low 6% LIE LIE . IM not sure anymore but it's a lot higher then contract stated More LIES. NOW LETS GET TO THE REAL GOOD ONES , MY WIfe was declaredas being fully disabled ,for these reasons, 2 HEART ATTACTS, 9 STENTS ,OPEN HEART SURGERY,4 BYPASSES. #2 - aT WORK SHE RUPTURED TWO DISKS IN LOWER AREA OF HER BACK, BOTH REMOVED ,SPINAL FUSSION, 2 YEARS LATER , THEY TRIED CUTTING SOME OF THE NERVES WITH LASSER , ACCIDENTY CUT THE MOTOR NERVE TO RIGHT LEG , PUT IN WHEEL CHAIR FOR OVER A YEAR, judge < TWO YEARS LATTER AND SOCIAL HAS SAID FULLY DISABLED, as PER CONTRACT iF YOU BECOME YOUR LOANS ARE DESOLVED, lie lie, aBOUT EVERY THEY WANT DOCTORS ANSWERS, SOCIAL SEC. LETERS STATEING FULL DISABLITY, CLAIMS THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS THAT THEY NEED. (it has been sent several times by my wife <several doctors> hospital records< they are lying< lying. I KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ,THE LONGER THEY KEEP THIS UP THE MORE SHE HAS PAID OF THE LOANS. THIS IS WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS, YOU can't COUNT THEM. I do believe that this is really against all laws and lending< laws. I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE TO GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE FIRST TIME SHE WAS DECLARED FULL DISABLED ,AND THEY HAVE TO PAY EVERY PENNY BACK AT THE HIGHEST THE LAY WILL OK AND THAT BE HIGHLY FINEDAND EVEN GET SOME TIME OUT OF IT;; THIS HAS BEEN VERY UNORTHDOX FROM THE WORD GO, tHESER co's. ALL NEED TO BE INVESTGATED REAL GOOD, GET INTO THERE BOOKS ON EVERY ONE THAT HAS HAD AND STILL DO LOANS, just can't TRUST ANYONE ANYMORE , good day and good luck & god bless > what needs to be done is to get one of those lawsuits<going where it is a lot of people involved> any good lawyers want to go at it?? ::: F.B.E.
