    Is this a legal tax deduction?
    My Pay Is Being Garnisheered Due To A Judgement From A Medical Procedure, I Will Get To Go To Court To Contesst The Judgement Next Month, But In 2007 I Was Garnisheered Almost 6,700 Dollars, Can I Deduct This As A Medical Etc, Please Let Me Know Sincerely. Thanks To Any And All.

    No, it is NOT a medical deduction. It is a collected debt.
