    Water leaking from furnace
    I have water leaking out from under my furnace. It has gone under the wall and into my daughters bedroom and soaked her carpet. Please advise

    Is the air conditioning unit running? Is this a condensing furnace? If the a/c is running it may be iced up. Good luck, Mike

    If this is a 90 % efficient furnace the drain and or trap is plugged up and can be cleaned out with a shop vac depending on your knowledge level of the drain set-up.

    We sucked out drain pipe with shop vac.. still have leak underneath TRANE unit. Where would the drain pan be located inside of the unit?
