Unfortanetly I am from the US, and not familiar with the UK however here is the UK website for the company directly they should be able to tell you if product is available in your area
Also another suggestion If your too-dark hair dye is permanent, it can sometimes be faded by washing with a clarifying shampoo. Use one that is designed to remove product build-up or chlorine build-up from swimmer's hair. These shampoos remove anything coating the hair shaft, including excess pigment... so if you want to try that first, and then the color zap... you can...

    Hi. :)
I've never used L'oreal color zap before. I'm also in the UK and I know there are alternatives out there.
Try looking on eBay for Goldwell color remover or even look in your local Sally's hair and beauty. They have many colour removers there.
You might find that the hair colour will not be completely removed as it's a dark artificial dye. You might need to use 2 or more applications to completely remove it! Also after that your hair will be looking a tad brassy so you'll need to re-colour your hair.

If you want to try something else, try bleaching your hair, it will lift out the colour, then after that re-colour the hair using the desired shade.
