    Water shut off valve does not work(stripped
    I tried to turn water shut off valve(hot) under sink to stop leaky faucet but it does not seem to be turnig off,handle heeps spinning, (could be stripped)? Now I have a continuous leak,faucet handles do not work >Besides turnig off main water valve,I could use some help ASAP:

    If the handle's stripped then take it off and use a pair of pliers to turn it off. After you repair the faucet then replace the anglestop. Good luck, Tom
