Tech support . Computer keeps timing out
This website I go to "times out" whenever I go to it. It started to do this last week . I thought the website was down or closed . Eveyone with a computer in my houshold can't log onto this site. I went to the sites forum to see if the site was down or closed and it's only the people in my household that can't log onto this site. It worked fine last week and now nothing

    The site is

    www.billiardstracker.com

Hope you can help me fix this . It just stop working all of a sudden.

I cleared the temp. internet files, the cache, the history, and called internet service provider to run a speed test on internet to make sure it was OK... everything was fine

    Hi Jak,

Are you connecting via broadband or dial up? Do you have your computers networked together using a router or a hub? If the problem is only coming from your household, then more than likely it maybe due to the device that is connecting you to the internet - e.g. your modem/router. Check with your manufacturer that all the settings there is fine and they more than likely will pin point where the problem is.

    Just a suggestion.

I checked the router and the modem and nothing is wrong with them. Our computers our not router. We are using DSL. I still can't figure it out. If I can get it from timing out maybe it will connect then. I just don't know why it worked , then all of a sudden it just quit working and would time out.

Sorry, 'www.billiardstracker.com' does not exist or is not available.

This site is not working -- don't think there is anything wrong with my computer

Thanks Man,, I Thought I Was Going Crazy. I Checked The Forum Out And Put A Post Up About This And Nobody Answered It And Said The Site Was Down. I Think They Would have. They're All Still Going To This Site As For As I Know. I'm Going to Go Back To The Forum And Put A Post Up And See If It's Still Working.

    Thanks, I Appreciate It
