I am a 24 year old male, two days ago I noticed a small piece of dry skin on my penis so I removed it. Since last night however I have begun to get red small blister looking like sores. Pin prick size on the outer end of my penis. Is there any thing I can take or should I just go to the doctor? Please help

Sounds like a Herpes outbreak. I would get yourself down to your local STD Clinic to make sure. If it is he first outbreak is often the worst, after which it remains dorrmant in the body and may re-appear from time to time. Obviously during outbreaks you should refrain from sexual activity. People sometime feel slightly ill before an outbreak, like they are getting a cold. Once you have herpes it is with you forever, you just need to live with it. More people have it than you realise. People often have it but it may never show itself.
