    Photosmart 2610 all in one
    My photosmart 2610 will not scan to word. I have been communicating with iYogi, HP by telephone and by email. No one can fix the problem!!

    I have a feeling you have trouble following the instructions. For example, you posted this question in the Forum Help area ignoring the Bold, Red, Read Me First instructions. I've moved this to the Printers forum where you should have posted it.

    As far as your scan problem, How are you trying to scan? What happens when you try? We need more details to try and help.

    If you are using Office Word 2007, then you have just hit a wall.

    Office Word 2007 no longer allows you to import from the scanner. What you have to do is scan the document first, then use the "Insert" function at the top of the function tabs to import the scanned image into your Word Document.
