    Open Windows Notepad

    START > RUN
    NOTEPAD

    In notepad, open the file
    C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

This is the file that handles IP naming aliases and some other things.

Edit away, but you may break some stuff if you don't know what you're doing in this file.

BTW, you called it a "site" and it's not a web site, it's a file on your computer that effects how your network works.
