Go to the home page and click on the Real Estate Law forum. Near the top is a sticky post that explains how to add someone to a deed.

Why if you bought the house together did not both names get put on then.

Are both names on the mortgage ?

And while no one likes to think about it, is there some written contract as to what happnes if you break up. In divorce ( married couple) there is a procedure, in a relastionship there is no method)
