    Warranty Deed 75% and 25%
    How would a warranty deed be worded if the buyers are husband and wife and the wife wants 75% of the property in her name and the husband only wants 25% in his?

    A warranty deed is not something you want to do without a full title search and not a deed you do without a title company or para legal or lawyer normally.
