Insert the installation disk and plug in the printer when prompted. Allow the installation to complete, remove the disk and test the printer.

Could you flesh this a little bit more? What problems are you having during the install? Do you have the correct installation disc? Has this ever worked before?
Did you purchase the printer new?
I really need some help from you.

I get the error "Unable to install Printer Operation could not be completed" or I get "An Error Occurred during the installation of the device". Thanks

With some of the HP installs, the program doesn't like long path names. Put the installation program at the root level or C:\ and try again.

Hi all,
I have a question, slightly similar to another thread, but not quite.
