    What's going on. Relationship query!
Kay here goes... I'm 22 and never had a BF. I'm not good at picking up if someone's flirting with me, I can't seem to pick up body language very well.

There is this 28 year old guy (a bit older) that I REALLY fancy. I find myself thinking about him a lot. When we meet we have great long eye contact and smile a lot. I am embarrassed to admitt that I haven't picked up on his body language though. We don't work together but we often meet up, we both share the same interest in a subject (he's an archaeologist and I'm trying to become one).

He has winked at me a few times, and also given me a hug quiet often too. Something he keeps saying to me is that he and is band would come to my local hall and play (this has never happened), or the he'd attend one of our dances (also never occured). He use to email me regulary, but that has stopped suddenly. I'm not sure what's going on.

That could be because my mate drunkingly phoned him - telling him that I fancied him. I could have smacked her for that. But I'm not sure about that because recently the two of us has a presentation together and we still had the usual long eye contact, smiles and goodbye hug. I noticed that when I was nervious if he was near it helped me relax.

I remember one point when he was looking through my local schools pictures of a day trip I took them out to learn excavation techniques he asked me 'have you done something new to your hair?' (I only tied it up slighlt different from normal). This surprised me because most guys don't notice anything like this.

Anothing thing I've heard him say once or twice, is that 'I could be a Skerries man' (Skerries is where I live).

What's your guys thoughts? What should I do?. Should I say something... Or leave it.

Is there any significant chance of a relationship...

Just say something already.. get it over with all this flirting is becoming a bit ridiculous... I wouldn't recommend the drunk phone call from a friend this is a bit childish and become a turn off for a guy... But say something... it seems mutual... He may just be a flirt... anyway don't want to make assumptions speak now or never know.. THE End

Since you are inexperienced, find out about this guy, before you give him your heart. Just go slow, and learn what he is about, and not just assume he is great, because of your feelings. Keep your eyes open, and check him out, talk and listen. There is absolutely no hurry, so take time, and do it right.
