    Drain Flies
    Hi,

    I have different times of the year that I have drain flies in my house and I would love to know
    1. How Do I keep from getting them?
    2. How do I get rid of them, if I get them?
    This drives me CRAZY and I don't know what to do.
    Please help me

    Make sure what pest is. F/ drain flies, remove cvr, clean gunk f/ collar & lid w/ strong cleaner (409, clorox cleanup) maybe brush into drain. Treat w/residual pesticide. Periodic swarms could be carpenter ant or termite reproductive swarms. .
