    Went to court
I went to Court and asked if the law firm trying to collect a debt judgment against me had proof of my original contract and signiture, they replied they did not but they won the judgment anyway, then they sent me a letter stating that the original creditor had destroyed them, so is there still nothing I can do?:(

File Motion to Vacate Judgment plaintiff fail to provide proof of debt, and the judges decision is not based upon facts, only hearsay. And appeal the judges decision, THere is no proof of the alleged debt and attoreny cannot testify for their client.
