My all time favorite yoga book is called "Acu-yoga" I'm not sure why it's called that, lol, but it's a great book. It has several different sections with different types of exercises. There are general exercises and also a list of exercises that may benefit specific conditions. It also has some good informations about nutrition, etc. I feel much better after doing yoga. It is great for you! I bought the book at Barnes & Noble; The cover is orange with black letters.

Would I be correct in assuming that you post the totals from the journals to the general ledgers at the end of each accounting cycle. For example if your accounting period was from the 20th of each month to the next.. you would add all your journal entries and post to ledgers then ?
