I have sent three certified return receipt letters to a lawyer asking for validation of some debts allegedly owed by hubby and I to his bottom feeding junk debt buyer client.

I just received the green return forms back in the mail . All three of them were signed by some unknown employee but THEY WEREN'T DATED. Is this a possible ploy to get me or the system off track?

Now, how do I prove when they were received? I have the dated receipt when I sent the letters and they should have been received within 2 to 3 days but they weren't marked.
