    How to get to blonde?
    ok so my hair was black but i let it lighten causei want blonde hair. How do i get it to blonde with out spending alot of money???:confused:

    Just a quick fix to see if this is what you really want, go to walmart and buy yourself a hannah Montana wig. Then go from there.
