    401 (K) Taxation
    Do I claim gains or losses on a company-sponsored 401(K) savings and investment plan? I did not get 1099 from my employer.

    No - any earning in your 401(k) are tax-deffered until you make withdrawals; at that time you pay ordinary income tax on the earnings and pre-tax contribution portion of the withdrawal.
