How much can I expect to get back from taxes
This last year I worked two jobs. Job one, I earned about 12,600; according to my W-2, between state and federal about 1,500 was taken out. Job two was an as an independent contractor where I earned about 2,500 with no taxes taken out and received a 1099 MISC form. So how much can I expect to get back, or am I going to have to pay?

You should get (approximately) the 1,500 back and you should be able to get earned income credit besides.
I haven't seen a form for the EIC in years so I have no idea how much you would get with that (probably at minimum a couple hundred) EIC - federal

Make sure you apply for the EIC I don't think they automatically send it to you.

Fill out the 1099 MISC and send it in but I think that will be pretty much a break even thing.

If you are single with no children, then I believe you made TOO much money to get the EIC.

    Sorry!
