Do you not know what foody are mushy? Your piercer should have told you what foods not to eat.

It is easier to name the things that you can't eat, rather than the ones that you can. I know you are worried about it, but its actually really easy. :)

    Do not eat :

    1. Spicy foods -- Hot chips, Jalapeņos, any other kind of peppers, Mexican food, Tabasco sauce, etc.

    2. Dairy -- Milk, yogurt, ice cream (you can eat popsicles, but not ice cream), cottage cheese, etc.

    3. Chocolate -- No chocolate or anything that contains chocolate.

Everything else, you can eat. You can resume eating the things I listed above after having the piercing for 1-2 weeks, depending on how your tongue feels and how swollen it still is. :)
